I hope everyone is nice and warm this December morning (in Canada) and if you’re driving into work respect the road and each other, there is way to many people who seem to forget how to drive in the snow! So I’ve been to a couple of holiday parties lately and it looks like some people aren’t allowing themselves to get into the holiday mood, and take a look at things from a new and fresh perspective, that can be something in your life, or the same makeup over and over.
Here are some top holiday products and how to use them,
Lets start with the lips with this must have lip vault from Tom Ford – I was super excited to see this in my mail and a little confused since I am not on Tom Ford PR but then I saw that it actually came from the beauty department at Neiman Marcus which is a luxury department store in New York city – It is the Tom Ford Boys and Girls fifty (50) piece set they are not full size but they are a size of smaller lipsticks that Tom Ford does sell separately – this vault of rich, special treated pigments and blended to deliver pure color with just the right balance of luminosity.
You will have unlimited shades to make your holidays pop and fall in love with a new shade for the holiday season into the new year.
Tom Ford Boys and Girls fifty (50) piece set, $1,900 at Tom Ford website
Stila Written in the Stars Glitter & Glow Liquid Eyeshadow Set is a must have and has had the beauty community blown away with the stunning looks you can achieve so easily and quickly – the set contains three, miniature-sized liquid eyeshadows (they’re about half the size of a full-sized shade). All three (3) are also available individually in the permanent line-up. I really enjoy the effect of this formula for layering, but if you’re after them as a standalone product, you may be less enamored with them.
FAST TRACK LOOKS ➡️ Take a Cranberry eyeshadow and wash it across the lip, focusing color on the outer corner of the eye and blending slightly above natural crease – take Stila Written in the Stars Glitter & Glow Liquid Eyeshadow Set in the shade Kitten Karma and apply it to the center of the lid in a packing motion and stopping at the natural crease. Smoke out the waterline with the Cranberry eyeshadow dipping into a little Dark Brown.
Stila Written in the Stars Glitter & Glow Liquid Eyeshadow Set, $25.00 at Sephora (if not sold out)
